1. Daily maintenance
Cleaning: After each use of the hydraulic rebar bending machine, the machine should be thoroughly cleaned, especially screws, bearings and other parts to prevent dust and debris accumulation. Lubrication: According to the lubrication table requirements on the product manual, regularly add enough lubricating oil to the lubrication parts of the liquid rebar bending machine, especially in the gear box of the machine, be sure to add enough gear oil as required.
Inspection: Before and after each use of the machine, it is also necessary to check whether the wiring is firm, whether the machine's switch and magnetic starter are sensitive and reliable, and whether the connections of each component are tight. At the same time, the
tightness of the V-belt should also be checked to ensure that we run smoothly when using the machine.
2. Regular maintenance
Hydraulic system maintenance:
Even when we are not using the machine, we need to check the oil level in the oil tank every week. If it is lower than the center of the oil mark, we should add hydraulic oil in time.
The new hydraulic steel bar bending machine needs to change the oil after 2000 hours of work. After that, the hydraulic oil should be changed every 4000~6000 hours of work. Before each oil change, it is best to clean the oil tank first.
The oil temperature of the system should be controlled between 35℃~60℃ and should not exceed 70℃ to avoid deterioration and damage of oil and accessories.
Clean the hydraulic components (valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system.
Electrical system maintenance:
We need to regularly check the electrical part of the machine, including motors, wires, switches, etc., to prevent electrical failures.
