1. Always check whether the safety measures of the equipment are effective. The "emergency stop" button of the Hydraulic Punching Machine is mechanically locked and must be rotated before it can be reset. To start the machine, all emergency stop buttons must be reset.

2. Regularly observe the liquid level of the hydraulic oil through the scale line of the oil scale. When it is lower than the midline of the scale, add oil.

3. Check the unloading valve, it is in the unloading state. Check whether the cut-off valves of the two oil pumps are fully open, otherwise, the noise of the pump will increase or the oil pump will not enter the oil, resulting in oil pump failure.
