Horizontal steel bar cutting machine belongs to mechanical transmission, and is widely used because of its simple structure and convenient use. Structure: It is mainly composed of electric motor, transmission system, deceleration mechanism, crankshaft mechanism, body and cutting knife. It is suitable for cutting 6~40mm general carbon steel bars. Working principle: Driven by the motor, the eccentric shaft is driven to rotate by the V pulley and the cylindrical gear. A connecting rod is installed on the eccentric shaft, and the connecting rod drives the slider and the movable blade to reciprocate in the sliding of the base, and the fixed blade fixed on the base is made of carbon tool steel and is made of heat treatment. The angle is 3° and the rear angle is 12°. Generally, the distance between the fixed blade and the movable blade is 0.5~1mm. Two stoppers are installed on the machine bases on both sides of the knife edge to reduce the swinging phenomenon of steel bars.
