Types of steel bar cutting machines:

Generally speaking, there are fully active rebar cutters and semi-active rebar cutters. Fully active, also known as electric cutting machine, the motor converts electrical energy into kinetic energy, controls the closing of the cutting knife, and provides the effect of cutting steel bars. The semi-active method is to manually control the intercept and then perform the operation of shearing the reinforcement. In addition, it should be mostly caused by the hydraulic steel cutting machine. Rebar cutting machines are divided into two categories: horizontal and vertical.

Horizontal rebar cutting machine:

Horizontal steel bar cutting machine belongs to mechanical transmission, with simple structure, convenient operation and wide application.

Structure: It is mainly composed of motor, transmission system, reduction mechanism, crankshaft forming, body and blocking knife. Suitable for blocking the entire carbon steel bar from 6-40mm.

Working principle: The steel bar cutting machine is driven by a motor, decelerated by a triangular belt pulley and a cylindrical gear, and drives the eccentric shaft to rotate. The connecting rod is installed on the displacement shaft, and drives the slider and the movable blade to reciprocate in the mechanical sliding center. The fixed blade and the fixed blade fixed to the base are made of east and west carbon steel and are heat treated. The foresight point is 3° and the backsight point is 12°. Generally, the distance between the fixed blade and the movable blade is 0.5 to 1 mm. Two blocks are installed on the machine base on both sides of the knife edge to reduce the shaking of steel bars.

Vertical steel bar cutting machine:

Structure: Vertical rebar cutting machine is fixed for rebar processing line in parts prefabrication plant.

Working principle: The flywheel shaft of the steel bar cutting machine is powered by the motor through a pair of pulleys. After the third gear deceleration, the eccentric shaft is driven by the sliding key clutch to complete and coordinate the reciprocating motion of the moving blade. Block the rebar with the movable blade. The clutch is connected and disengaged by the handle to control the up and down movement of the movable blade. The press is rotated by the hand wheel, which drives a pair of helical gears with internal prompt threads to move the screw up and down to compress the steel bars of various diameters.
