3. Installation of secondary surface processing of steel bar bending machine: The secondary surface processing of splines, keyways, screws, etc. on the main shaft is usually carried out after the outer circle finish turning or rough grinding and before fine grinding. Grinding the outer circle. If the keyway is milled before finishing, it is easy to generate vibration due to intermittent cutting during finishing, which affects the machining quality, easily damages the tool, and it is difficult to control the depth of the keyway. Otherwise, the accuracy of the main surface of the rebar bending machine will be affected.

4. First process the outer circle, then process the outer circle, then process the inner hole, and place the outer circle: first outside and then inside, first big and then small. For example, install the tapered hole on the spindle after fine grinding the journal. When machining the stepped outer ring, the large diameter is machined first, and then the small diameter is machined to avoid prematurely reducing the stiffness of the workpiece. When machining progressively deep holes, machine the larger diameter first and then machine the smaller diameter. Therefore, it is convenient to use a rebar bending machine with a relatively rigid drilling tool.
